Joe Santa Maria Celebrates 50th Anniversary in the Chemical Industry

Joe started as a Sales Representative in February 1960 at the New York Branch of the Chemical Department of McKesson & Robbins Inc. He previously interviewed in December 1959 at McKesson Headquarters in Manhattan after his Discharge from the US Army in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. Joe served as the youngest Branch Manager in 1967 of the 100 branches in the US at the Stamford, Connecticut Branch. He later served in Philadelphia and Montvale, New Jersey as a District Manager, Area Director, Regional Marketing & Product Manager and Corporate Account Manager for Van Waters & Rogers, Pakoed,and Univar (McKesson's successor companies). In June 2001 Joe Retired after 41 successful years and assisted me in establishing Hawk Chemical Company, Inc. of Voorhees, New Jersey. Please join us in recognizing his accomplishments and in wishing him health and prosperity in the future.

We did have fun although the winds were terrible. It did not rain until we were on our way home. Paul Azinger( I told him "one survivor to another" )autographed Mary's Pine Valley visor .(He called Pine Valley "the best golf course in the world !!!!" (less than 10 miles from where we live in NJ).
